Another great January in the books. Â I love this month here in the Louisiana Marsh. Â Cool clean waters make for great sight fishing opportunities to these big Redfish we have daily here in Louisiana. Â Bull Redfish are plentiful in the Marsh during the fall and winter months. Â They are here because the shallow nutrient rich water’s of the marsh are safe and comfortable during these months. Â The food is abundant and the living is easy. Â The fish are seen meandering around enjoying a meal whenever it presents itself. Â The water is so clean during the winter months as the air temperatures stay in the perfect range to keep the water temperatures in the 50’s – low 60’s just right for sighting Redfish.
