Has a blast fishing fellow Floridians the past several days here in Louisiana. Â We had two sunny days and 1 day dominated by clouds and wind. Â The fish were moving nicely on all 3 days though. Â The 2nd day was cloudy and we relied on the Bull Redfish to show physical body parts while crawling the shorelines feeding on Shrimp and Crabs. Â Of course i should point out that these Redfish average 25-30 pounds so to say the least you can see them even if they are not tailing as long as they are anywhere but on the bottom. Â On the bottom meaning 4ft down. The sunny days provided lots of shots to the tailing Redfish. Â We also had shots at them pushing, crawling, and just plain floating up high in the water catching some rays. Â These guys were pleasantly surprised with sheer size and bulldog fight of the Louisiana Redfish. The Louisiana Marsh fishery provides Anglers from all over the world with a wintertime saltwater fly fishing fishery full of BIG fish. Â In other words the Redfish here in Louisiana grow larger than any other fishery on the planet. Â Know I know every fishery will see a 25+ pound Redfish once or twice a season but here that fish is the majority. Â See you in January/February! Â Tight Lines
